Padova offers a digital planetarium, equipped with high-resolution 3D video projection.
This tool allows to represent in three dimensions the space.
The projection screen has a hemispherical shape and a diameter of nearly 9 feet.
It is suspended in the room above the seats.
The Planetarium is a teaching tool that mimics the sky inside a room, with the stars, sun, planets,as well as can be seen on a clear night.
It also shows the movements and celestial phenomena, such as to affect the viewer's attention.
